There are several reasons why payments might fail. 

  • You do not have sufficient funds on your card or account.
  • Payment time-out. You did not enter enough details (i.e TAC Number) within the payment gateway time.
  • You have cancelled the payment.
  • You have clicked "Back" or "Refreshed" our payment gateway page.
  • Card/personal details entered do not match the information held by your Card Issuer.

If you are sure that one of the reasons above does not apply to your payment attempt, we recommend that you try again.
