Order status

You can check the status of any of your order within your order history when logged into www.kinabaluprintshop.com. Or you are also able to check them via this sequence, Log in > My Account > Orders. Each order status will be displayed next to your order number. To have detailed view of each step of your order process click on "View Details" on each order.

Apart from that, all orders status or update will be notified to customers via email and sms. We will not held responsibility if clients did not provide enough or given wrong information on their email and handphone number.

Here are some brief explanation of each order status,
  • Pending Payment

    • Pending payment means payment for that particular order has failed.

  • Artwork Pending

    • Artwork pending means your artwork design that you have created and supplied to us has issues which customers are required to resolve these issues to avoid delay in your completion of printing goods.

  • In Pre-Press

    • Our customer service and design team is in process by running through and make required pre-printing preparation of your order that you have submitted.

  • Order Processing

    • Order processing simply means your order is in our production department for printing and finishing works.

  • Pre-Completion

    • Normally this stage is where we will do quality control and packing towards your printing goods.

  • Ready for Pickup

    • Once you have receive "Ready for pickup" sms and email, it means your order is ready to be collected. Please sure to refer to our business operation hours and location before heading to our shop.

  • Shipped

    • If you placed an order with shipping, our team will update your order once its sent to our shipping partner. You will receive email and sms notification of current status and shipping tracking number for your reference.

  • Order Completed

    • Order completed means all printing goods have been succesfully collected or shipped. Job done!

  • Cancellation Request

    • Cancellation request means you have made a request to cancel an order.

  • Cancelled

    • Cancelled means your order is cancelled and will not proceed for production.

  • Refunded

    • Refunded means your request for your printing order have been successfully refunded.
