How to cancel an order

If you have made an failed payment and do not wish to proceed with a particular order. Please follow these steps to get your order cancelled.

1. Log in into your account
2. Click "My Account" and "Orders".
3. Find the particular Order Number that you wish to cancel and click "View Details".
4. Once you're in your desired order that you wish to cancel, click on "Request for cancellation".
5. Then our team will go through on your request to cancel that order.
